Tom Haegemans is Co-Founder and Research Lead of Digita and a Research Fellow at the Catholic University of Leuven. He holds a PhD in Business Economics, a Master’s degree in Information Management and a Bachelor’s degree in IT. His research about personal data reuse, data quality and user acceptance is published in well-respected scientific journals and conference proceedings. Before co-founding Digita, Tom was an Adjunct Professor and a PhD Researcher at KU Leuven and a Visiting Researcher at the University of Cambridge.
